The Calgary market, in which we are competing, needs physical infrastructure and has no venues of medium size present. The proposed Titan complex will be unique to Calgary, with the 8,000 seat facility being the optimal size and having the flexibility to host a majority of acts. The Calgary area competition will have a difficult time "out performing" our size economies and our strategy of continuous bookings, and thus will be forced to focus on smaller acts. Our hospitality and retail "value added" ancillary components will return positive cash flows while promoting tourism and other investments into the City and Province. Market Segment The Titan Venue concept does not have a weakness that we can identify,
other than the company booking enough acts, maximizing attendance from
all markets, and doing so with profitable ticket prices. The combination
of our high profile in this market, our marketing department, and our
aggressive advertising campaign will produce positive results. Partnerships
with "Promoting Calgary", "Calgary Economics Board",
"Tourism Calgary", "Calgary Corporations and Calgary
Business Bureau" combined with our diverse and more frequent shows
will give us an edge over the competition. The Titan venue supports
all genre of entertainment, providing this project an excellent opportunity
of becoming a major player in the international entertainment market.
We believe this will only add to Titan making Calgary one of the most
